Visits on the contact timeline
See the pages each contact viewed and when, in the same timeline as their emails, deals, bookings and tickets.
DoubleScale records the pages your known contacts view on your WordPress site and puts every visit on their timeline. Use that activity to score leads, build segments and decide what each automation does next.
Tracking follows people who are already your contacts, so every visit belongs to a real name on your list.
Before they sign up, the pages they view are kept in a short-lived cookie in their browser, not in your contacts.
When the visitor subscribes through a form or logs in to WordPress, DoubleScale matches them to their contact and adds those earlier visits.
From then on, each page they view is saved with the time of the visit, next to their emails, deals, bookings and tickets.

Pages viewed just before someone subscribes are added to their record, so you see what brought them in.
Give points when a contact visits your site, so active leads rise to the top of the list.
Filter contacts by the pages they visited, or by whether they were active on your site in a period.
Branch a workflow on whether a contact visited a page, for example send a case study only to people who saw Pricing.
The built-in MCP server lets AI assistants read a contact's page visits, without IP addresses or browser details.
A contact who reads your pricing page twice in a week is telling you something. Website tracking makes that visible and lets your automations act on it.
Page visits are saved in your own WordPress database, not sent to an outside analytics service. Only contacts who subscribed or logged in are tracked.
How visitor tracking works in DoubleScale.
Only your known contacts. Tracking starts when a visitor subscribes through a form or logs in to WordPress, and DoubleScale links their visits to that contact. Anonymous traffic is not added to your contacts.
The pages a visitor views before signing up are held briefly in a cookie in their browser. When they subscribe or log in, those visits are added to their contact timeline.
In your own WordPress database, in DoubleScale's page visits table. Nothing is sent to an outside analytics service.
Yes. Page visits can add lead score points, filter contacts and segments, and act as conditions in automations, such as whether a contact visited a page or was active in a period.
