This refund policy applies specifically to DoubleScale. DoubleScale is a self-hosted WordPress plugin installed directly on your own server, with companion mobile apps for Android and iOS. We are committed to customer satisfaction for DoubleScale users.

Refund Eligibility

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with DoubleScale.
  • Technical Issues: Full refund available if technical issues cannot be resolved within 7 days of reporting.
  • Duplicate Purchases: Full refund for accidental duplicate purchases when reported within 7 days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development work after completion
  • Third-party integrations or add-ons purchased separately
  • Refunds requested after 14 days from purchase date
  • Licenses that have been significantly used beyond evaluation purposes

Refund Process

  2. Provide your DoubleScale order number and reason for refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds for:

  • Annual DoubleScale subscriptions cancelled mid-term (prorated basis)
  • Downgraded DoubleScale service plans
  • DoubleScale services partially delivered but not completed
