Terms of Service

License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use DoubleScale on websites you own or manage
• Receive DoubleScale updates and support during your subscription period
• Use DoubleScale for its intended CRM and business management functionality

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense DoubleScale
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify DoubleScale source code
• Remove or alter DoubleScale copyright notices or branding
• Use DoubleScale for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your DoubleScale license with unauthorized parties

Subscription and Payment Terms

• DoubleScale subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• DoubleScale price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• All DoubleScale fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Late payments may result in DoubleScale service suspension

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use DoubleScale only for lawful CRM and business management purposes
• Maintain the security of your WordPress installation
• Not use the plugin to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of end users

Prohibited Uses

• Using DoubleScale for illegal activities or violation of laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content through DoubleScale
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities using DoubleScale
• Interfering with DoubleScale security or functionality
• Using DoubleScale to violate intellectual property rights

Support and Updates

• DoubleScale support provided during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM GMT)
• DoubleScale updates included during active subscription
• Legacy DoubleScale version support for 12 months after major releases
• No guaranteed response time, but we aim for 24-48 hours for DoubleScale support

Data and Backups

• You are responsible for backing up your DoubleScale data
• We recommend regular WordPress and database backups when using DoubleScale
• The company is not liable for DoubleScale data loss
• DoubleScale data remains on your server under your control

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability for DoubleScale is limited to the amount paid for the plugin
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from DoubleScale use
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free DoubleScale operation
• You use DoubleScale at your own risk

Warranty Disclaimer

DoubleScale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding DoubleScale.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from:

• Your use of DoubleScale
• Violation of these DoubleScale terms
• Infringement of third-party rights through DoubleScale use
• Your DoubleScale data or content

Termination

We may terminate your DoubleScale license if you:

• Violate these DoubleScale terms
• Fail to pay DoubleScale subscription fees
• Use DoubleScale for prohibited purposes
• Engage in fraudulent activity related to DoubleScale

Upon termination:

• Your license to use DoubleScale ends immediately
• You must cease all DoubleScale use and may delete the plugin
• Certain provisions survive termination (payment obligations, limitations of liability)

Updates to Terms

• We may update these DoubleScale terms with 30 days' notice
• Continued use of DoubleScale after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be highlighted in DoubleScale update notifications

Governing Law

These DoubleScale terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Severability

If any provision of these DoubleScale terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These DoubleScale terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding DoubleScale.
