Most “WordPress CRM” roundups skip the thing sales teams actually use all day: a native mobile app. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and GoHighLevel all have one. Almost every WordPress plugin does not. You get a browser tab on your phone, a slow wp-admin theme, and no push alerts when a deal moves.
If you searched for the best WordPress CRM with a mobile app, you are usually choosing between two stacks:
- A cloud CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce) with a polished iOS/Android app — and your contacts living off your WordPress site, billed per seat or per contact.
- A WordPress plugin that stores data on your server — but forces the field team to work from a laptop.
DoubleScale is the option that sits in the middle: a self-hosted WordPress CRM with real iOS and Android apps that talk to your site. Data stays on your server. The phone app is not a wrapped website.
Here is how it compares in 2026.
What “mobile CRM” has to mean in 2026
A bookmark to wp-admin is not a mobile CRM. For this comparison, the app has to do the job a rep would otherwise open HubSpot or Pipedrive to do:
- Open contacts and deal cards in seconds, not after a WordPress login screen
- Move deals on a sales pipeline from the phone
- Log calls, notes, tasks, and meetings against the same contact record as desktop
- Get push notifications (new lead, stage change, overdue task)
- Sync both ways so the office dashboard is not stale
SaaS tools have done this for years. WordPress CRMs mostly have not. That gap is why HubSpot and Pipedrive still win mobile searches even when the rest of your stack is WordPress.
Quick comparison
| CRM | Runs in WordPress? | Native iOS / Android | Where data lives | Mobile strengths | Typical cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DoubleScale | Yes — self-hosted plugin | Yes — App Store & Google Play | Your WordPress server | Contacts, pipelines, tasks, calendar, notifications, sync to your site | Free + Pro from $99/year, unlimited contacts |
| HubSpot | No (embed / forms only) | Yes — mature apps | HubSpot cloud | Full CRM + marketing on mobile; huge ecosystem | Free tier, then hubs that scale with contacts and seats |
| Pipedrive | No | Yes — sales-first apps | Pipedrive cloud | Best-in-class deal pipeline on the phone | Per-seat monthly (pipeline CRM, not a WP plugin) |
| GoHighLevel | No | Yes — agency / snapshot apps | GHL cloud | Funnels, SMS, calendar, sub-accounts for agencies | From about $97/month, not WordPress-native |
| Zoho CRM | No | Yes | Zoho cloud | Broad CRM on mobile, cheaper than HubSpot | Per-user SaaS |
| Salesforce | No | Yes | Salesforce cloud | Enterprise mobile; heavy setup | Enterprise per-user |
| FluentCRM / Groundhogg / Jetpack CRM | Yes | No native CRM app | Your WordPress site | Desktop/plugin only; phone = browser | Plugin pricing; no first-party iOS/Android CRM |
If the requirement is WordPress-native + a real mobile app, DoubleScale is the only row that checks both boxes. If you are willing to leave WordPress for the CRM layer, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and GoHighLevel are the SaaS names people actually install on their phones.
1. DoubleScale — best WordPress CRM with a mobile app
DoubleScale is a modular CRM plugin: contacts, kanban pipelines, email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, automations, booking, helpdesk, SMTP, and documents. The mobile apps are first-party, listed as DoubleScale on the App Store and Google Play.
You sign in with your site URL. The app talks to your WordPress install. CRM records are not copied into a DoubleScale cloud. That is the opposite of HubSpot and GoHighLevel, where the system of record is their SaaS.
What you can do on the phone
- Contacts — search, add, and open the same timeline as desktop (emails, calls, meetings, notes).
- Deals and pipeline — move stages, assign owners, filter by stage or teammate.
- Activities and tasks — log a call after a meeting, set a due date, attach it to the deal.
- Calendar and bookings — see meetings and tasks in one place.
- Analytics — pipeline health and activity without opening wp-admin.
- Push notifications — stage changes, new contacts, tasks — not an email you will open later.
Changes sync back to the WordPress CRM. The field team and the person at the desk are not maintaining two databases.
Pricing and who it is for
The free plugin is a real CRM, not a 14-day demo. Paid plans start at $99/year with unlimited contacts and no per-seat tax. That is the cost argument against HubSpot Sales Hub and GoHighLevel’s monthly agency plans.
Choose DoubleScale if WordPress is already the center of the business (forms, WooCommerce, LearnDash, membership) and you still need HubSpot-like mobility. Try the live demo, then install the iOS or Android app against that site.

2. HubSpot — strongest SaaS mobile CRM (not a WordPress CRM)
HubSpot’s iOS and Android apps are excellent. You can run contacts, deals, tasks, calling, and a lot of marketing from a phone. For a team that already lives in HubSpot, the mobile experience is the reason they stay.
It is not a WordPress CRM. WordPress becomes a form endpoint or a tracking script. Contacts, deals, and emails sit in HubSpot’s cloud. When you grow, you pay for Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, and the bill follows contact volume and seats — the opposite of DoubleScale’s flat site license.
Choose HubSpot if you want the biggest CRM ecosystem and you accept that WordPress is the website, not the database. Skip it if the brief is “keep CRM data in WordPress and still have a native app.”
3. Pipedrive — best pure sales app (also not WordPress)
Pipedrive exists to make pipeline work feel fast. The mobile apps match that: deal cards, activity reminders, and a board that salespeople actually use between meetings. If the only job is “close deals from a phone,” Pipedrive is still one of the cleanest products on the market.
It does not install into WordPress. Email campaigns, WooCommerce orders, LMS enrollments, and your form plugins live somewhere else unless you glue them with Zapier. Pricing is per seat, every month.
Choose Pipedrive for a sales-only team that does not need WordPress as the CRM. Choose DoubleScale if the pipeline has to sit next to WordPress forms, WooCommerce, and email you already send from the site. We compared the full stacks here: Pipedrive alternative for WordPress.
4. GoHighLevel — agency mobile suite, cloud-only
GoHighLevel is built for agencies: sub-accounts, snapshots, funnels, SMS, reputation, and a mobile app so account managers can work on the road. It is a serious all-in-one — just not a WordPress one.
Your client sites may be WordPress. The CRM, funnels, and conversations are not. White-label and sub-accounts are GHL’s superpower. Self-hosting, WooCommerce-native objects, and a $99/year WordPress license are DoubleScale’s.
Starter plans are commonly advertised from about $97/month. That is more than a year of DoubleScale Pro before you add extra users or locations.
Choose GoHighLevel if you sell CRM as a service to many clients and need white-label sub-accounts. Choose DoubleScale if you own the WordPress site (or a few of them) and want the CRM on the same server as the website. Full breakdown: DoubleScale vs GoHighLevel.
5. Other SaaS CRMs with mobile apps
These belong in a “CRM with a mobile app” list. They do not belong in a “WordPress CRM” list, which is why they lose the brief if WordPress is non-negotiable.
Zoho CRM
Capable mobile apps, broad CRM, usually cheaper than HubSpot. Still a separate cloud. You will sync WordPress forms into Zoho; you will not run Zoho inside wp-admin.
Salesforce
The enterprise default. Mobile is strong once the org is configured. Implementation cost and per-user pricing make it a poor fit for a single WordPress business that wanted a plugin.
Monday.com, Freshsales, Close
Each has a mobile app and a pipeline. Each is another SaaS login beside WordPress. Fine if you are assembling a cloud stack. Unnecessary if you wanted one plugin plus a phone app.
WordPress CRMs that still do not have a native app
FluentCRM, Groundhogg, and Jetpack CRM are real WordPress plugins. They are not answers to this keyword. On a phone you get the WordPress admin (or a page builder UI), not an App Store CRM.
That is workable for a founder who lives on a laptop. It is not workable for a closer who needs push alerts and a pipeline board in a parking lot. If you only need email automation on desktop, FluentCRM or Groundhogg can still be enough — just do not expect HubSpot-like mobile. How to choose
- Must the CRM live in WordPress? If yes, SaaS apps are a compromise. DoubleScale is the one with a native mobile app.
- Is the team on the road every day? If yes, discard plugins without iOS/Android. HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL, and DoubleScale remain.
- Do you already pay per contact or per seat? HubSpot and Pipedrive get expensive as you grow. DoubleScale does not bill that way.
- Are you an agency productizing CRM? GoHighLevel’s sub-accounts may win. A WordPress shop running client sites on WordPress may still prefer DoubleScale per site.
For most WordPress businesses that asked this question literally — “best WordPress CRM with a mobile app” — DoubleScale is the first install to try: free plugin, Pro from $99/year, apps on both stores, data on your server.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a WordPress CRM with a native iOS and Android app?
Yes. DoubleScale includes first-party iOS and Android apps that connect to your self-hosted WordPress site. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and GoHighLevel have strong mobile apps too, but they are cloud CRMs, not WordPress plugins.
Does HubSpot work as a WordPress CRM?
HubSpot can capture WordPress form leads and embed tracking. The CRM itself is not a WordPress plugin. Contacts and deals live in HubSpot’s cloud, and paid hubs scale with contacts and seats.
Does Pipedrive integrate with WordPress?
You can send form leads into Pipedrive with middleware. Pipedrive is still a separate sales CRM with per-seat pricing. It does not replace a WordPress-native contact and WooCommerce record.
Does GoHighLevel run on WordPress?
No. GoHighLevel is a cloud platform for agencies (funnels, SMS, sub-accounts). DoubleScale is the self-hosted WordPress alternative if you want CRM, messaging, pipeline, and booking on your own server.
Can I use the DoubleScale mobile app with the free plugin?
The apps connect to your WordPress site. Install DoubleScale, create a demo or production site, then sign in with that site URL from iOS or Android. Paid plans unlock the full Pro module set; the free plugin is enough to evaluate the CRM and the app against a real site.
Is the DoubleScale app a mobile website?
No. It is a native app on the App Store and Google Play. It loads CRM data from your WordPress installation rather than hosting your contacts on DoubleScale’s servers.
