Configure tax rates once in Sales Settings, then apply them to line items on proposals, invoices, and contracts.
Add a tax rate
- Open Sales > Settings > Taxes.
- Click Add tax.
- Enter name (e.g., VAT 20%), percentage rate, and whether it is compound or inclusive if supported.
- Save.
Apply on documents
When editing line items on a proposal, invoice, or contract, pick a tax rate per line or use the default. Totals recalculate automatically, including tax breakdown on PDFs and public pages.
