Sales settings control emails, branding, taxes, payment gateways, and customer-facing behavior for all sales documents.
Open settings
Go to DoubleScale > Sales > Settings (requires Manage All Sales or CRM Manager).
General tab emails
Configure subject lines and intro text for proposal, invoice, credit note, contract, and contract-signed emails. Use merge tags from the editor toolbar {{sales:...}} for document fields and {{contact:...}} for contact fields. Legacy {token} placeholders still work.
Documents & receipts
Set your company address shown on proposal/invoice PDFs and payment receipts.
Customer experience
- Require signature when accepting proposals: customers must sign before acceptance.
- Expiry reminder: days before opening till sending a reminder email.
Payments tab (Pro)
Connect Stripe for online invoice payments. Enter API keys and webhook secrets; DoubleScale registers the invoice payment gateway automatically when Sales Pro is active.
