Connect the calendars you already use so DoubleScale never offers a time you are busy, and writes every booking straight into your calendar. Online events can create a unique Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom link for each booking.
Pro feature: Calendar sync and automatic meeting links are part of DoubleScale Pro.
Supported calendars and meeting apps
| Type | Supported |
|---|---|
| Calendars | Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Apple Calendar |
| Meeting links | Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom |
Connect your calendars
- Go to Booking → Calendars and open your calendar.
- Click Connect to remote calendars.
- Choose Google, Outlook/Microsoft 365 or Apple Calendar and sign in.
- Pick the calendars to check for conflicts and the calendar new bookings are written to.
Before offering a time, DoubleScale checks the connected calendars: anything already there shows as busy. When a guest books, the meeting is added to your calendar with the guest’s details.
Meeting locations
On an event’s Event Location, choose online, phone or in person; tick several to let the guest choose. With Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom connected, each booking gets its own meeting link, included in the confirmation email and the calendar invite.
Event types
| Event type | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Single (one-to-one) | A call with one guest |
| Group | One session many people book, with a seat limit and optional waiting list |
| Round robin | Each booking goes to the next available team member |
| Collective | A time offered only when every team member is free; everyone joins |
Note: Collective events need the team’s calendars connected, so DoubleScale can check everyone’s availability.
Payments at booking
On an event’s Payments tab, enable payment and set the price. If guests can choose the duration, turn on Price per duration to price each length separately. Guests pay by card with Stripe as they book (connect Stripe once in Integrations). See Take payment in bookings.
Multisite
On WordPress multisite, booking data and host calendars are kept per site, and network super admins can connect remote calendars on subsites.
